Yaka Fire Roasted Habanero

For this mildly spicy and savoury sauce, we used habaneros, onions, tomatoes, and garlic, fire-roasted over hardwood and charcoal until deeply flavorful and smokey. A distinctive deep tasting hot sauce, with levels of seasonings that roll off your tongue. You can drop it on cheesy omelettes, steaks, burgers, pasta, pizza or BBQ. Recommended for use in marinades.
